How Nmistic Apps handles information across this website and every app listed on it.

The short version
Nmistic Apps is a one-person studio. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising networks inside the apps, and we collect the minimum needed to keep an app working. Where an app can run entirely on your device, it does.
This website
These pages are static files. There is no account system, no comment form and no tracking or advertising script. Whoever hosts the site keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address and browser user agent, for security and reliability purposes.
Your colour-theme preference is stored in your own browser using localStorage. It never leaves your device and is not readable by us.
Links out to Google Play and the Apple App Store are governed by Google's and Apple's own privacy policies once you follow them.
The apps
Each app has its own scope, and the app's page on this site describes what it does and does not access. As a rule:
- No app requires an account, an email address or a sign-in.
- No app requests contacts, location, photos, or the microphone unless the feature you are using plainly needs it, and it will ask you first.
- App data stays in the app's own storage on your device and is removed when you uninstall it.
Where an app is distributed through Google Play or the App Store, those stores collect their own aggregate install and crash statistics. We can see counts and anonymised crash reports through those consoles; we cannot see who you are from them.
Children
Some of our apps are designed to be handed to a child. Those apps do not show ads, do not link out to a store from inside the locked experience, and do not collect any information about the person using the device.
Your rights
Because we generally hold no personal data about you, there is usually nothing to export or erase. If you have contacted us by email and would like that correspondence deleted, say so and it will be.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated date above changes with it and the relevant app listings are updated too.
